1. Who we are

Inmoatlas (inmoatlas.com) is operated by Teachers AI Éxito LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, the controller of the data described in this notice.

Inmoatlas is an independent property analyst. We publish the sold prices recorded in official public registers and present them in a way that is useful to buyers and sellers.

2. What data we collect

  • Registered sale data from official public registers: street or address, price and date of the sale.
  • Your email, if you give it to us, for example with an error report or a removal request.
  • Your account, if you create one: email, name and, if you sign in with Google, that account's profile photo.
  • What you save on the site: favourites, hidden listings, the addresses you save as destinations for commute times and your ranking preferences. They are kept in cookies and, when you are signed in, in your account.
  • Technical data used to prevent abuse: your IP address (in full or hashed, depending on the case), your browser (user agent) and the page, when you report an error or ask for a removal.

3. How we use the data

Only to give you the analysis you asked for, to handle your requests and to prevent abuse of the service. We do not sell data to third parties.

When you use the assistant, the listing checker or a listing analysis, the text you type and the page context are sent to Google (Gemini) and, if Google does not respond, to Moonshot AI (Kimi), purely to produce the answer.

Addresses you save as destinations are sent to external mapping services (Komoot's Photon and OSRM) to locate them and work out travel times.

We store the data in Google Firebase (Firestore) and send report emails through Brevo.

4. Removing the address of your sale

If the address of your sale appears on our sold-price pages, you can ask us to remove it at /ie/eliminar-numero. We review every request within 24 hours.

5. Your rights (UK GDPR and EU GDPR)

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, have it corrected or erased, or object to its use. Send your request to info@inmoatlas.com and tell us which right you are exercising.

If all you want is your phone number or the address of your sale off the site, the quickest route is the removal form.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work and to remember your favourites, the listings you hide and your saved destinations. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and a random identifier to measure how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising.
